Patria restored BiH coat of arms on the Agency for Medicines website

The Agency for Medicines and Medical Devices of BiH quickly restored the BiH coat of arms to its website, after the BiH news agency Patria reported yesterday that the coat of arms had been removed by the will of Director Nataša Grubiša.

However, the Agency for Medicines sent out denials of this news today, but they obviously forgot that we made a screenshot of the page yesterday, which did not have the coat of arms, nor did it have it for more than half a year before that.

Secondly, yesterday NAP reported that the national structure of management positions in sectors and deputy positions in the Agency in Banja Luka was violated and that two Bosniaks were hired. However, the Agency claims that as many as three Bosniaks work there, without specifying their job positions.

Also, their reaction relates to the fact that the Agency has nothing to do with the appointment of directors and deputies, which Patria never claimed.

Nevertheless, the devastating fact remains that since December 2012, when Grubiša's mandate also expired, the deceased Šeherzada Hadžidedić has not been replaced, at least not through a tender procedure, because, as NAP has learned, when Grubiša is absent, she is replaced by Zoran Josipović, who is very loyal to her.

- We are aware of the fact that the management of the Agency and the Professional Council have not been appointed since the end of 2012 after their mandates expired, but we emphasize that, respecting legal regulations, we have taken all activities in this regard in a timely manner, within our jurisdiction, and it is only of a technical nature in terms of reminding and informing the Ministry of Civil Affairs about the expiry of the mandate - the Agency stated.

We remind you that Grubiša was appointed director of the Agency for Medicines and Medical Devices of BiH on December 18, 2008, and she has great support from Sredoje Nović, the Minister of Civil Affairs of BiH. As is already being widely discussed, she could be reappointed to the same position, with the uncertainty of who her deputy might be, Armin Škrbo or Marija Ćepo.

It is interesting that since December 2012, no one has ever raised the question of why no one replaced the deceased Hadžidedić in her position. Neither the Agency's Professional Council, consisting of chairman Ivan Prlić and members Nedžad Mulabegović, Enver Zerem, Lazar Prodanović, Vanda Marković-Peković, Nikolina Špirić, Amer Ramić, showed any interest in this case, writes Patria.

This same Agency, on May 21, 2014, published on its website the RS Government's call for assistance to endangered areas and a list of aid delivery points, but not the FBiH Government's call, even though devastating floods had affected a large part of BiH.
