Parliamentarians to 'grill' ministers with questions: One of them is for Krišto - has she considered the option of reconstructing the Council of Ministers of BiH?

(Patria) - The 1st special joint session of both houses of the BiH Parliament on the topic "Representatives/Delegates Ask - Council of Ministers of BiH Answers" will be held tomorrow in Sarajevo, starting at 11 AM.

Representatives and delegates have prepared a total of 37 questions to which members of the Council of Ministers of BiH will answer orally during the session.

One of the questions for the Chairperson of the Council of Ministers of BiH is whether a security check has ever been requested and conducted for the Minister of Security, Nenad Nešić, which would result in obtaining a security clearance for access to classified information of the "secret" and "top secret" levels, reports Fena.

If not, the question for the Chairperson is - why has she not requested it for two years after the appointment, and if she has, has the Minister of Security received the clearance or not, and if so, who issued and signed that clearance?

One of the prepared questions relates to the preparation of a new Rulebook on the conditions for procurement and the method of using official vehicles in BiH institutions in terms of marking official vehicles, with the aim of resolving abuses, and in accordance with the initiative of the House of Representatives of the PSBiH and the recent conclusion of the Council of Ministers of BiH.

Does a significant portion of collected funds get distributed to the detriment of FBiH and to the benefit of RS and Brčko District according to the existing model of collecting and distributing indirect taxes in BiH - this is one of the questions that representatives/delegates intend to ask the representatives of the executive authorities.

Members of the Council of Ministers of BiH should also answer the question - when will the new Action Plan for the implementation of UN Resolution 1325 "Women, Peace and Security" be adopted?

Representatives and delegates expect an answer from the Chairperson of the Council of Ministers of BiH on whether she has considered the possibilities of reconstructing the Council of Ministers of BiH in accordance with the Law on the Council of Ministers of BiH? If not, by what methods and means will she make the work of the Council of Ministers of BiH more efficient and functional.

One of the prepared questions is - is the Council of Ministers of BiH undertaking anything to respect the constitutional and legal principles of ethnic representation of employees in BiH institutions, while one of the questions also relates to the stabilization process of BHRT.

These are just some of the 37 prepared questions to which members of the Council of Ministers of BiH should answer representatives and delegates orally at tomorrow's session.
