Parliament of FBiH on Monday about temporary financing for the first three months of 2015

An emergency session of the House of Representatives of the Parliament of FBiH has been scheduled for Monday, 29 December, starting at 11:00 AM, writes the Bosnian news agency Patria.

The agenda contains two items: Proposal of the Decision on temporary financing for the period January-March 2015, and the Proposal of the Law on Amendments to the Law on Budgets in FBiH, proponents: caucuses of representatives in the House of Representatives SDA, HDZ and DF – urgent procedure.

Temporary financing of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina for the first three months of 2015 has been set at the amount of 421,823,778 KM.

Of that, 48,884,772 is planned for gross salaries and compensation of employees' expenses, expenditures for debt repayment 151,204,604 KM, current transfers and other current expenditures 189,406,599.

As stated in the explanation of the Government of FBiH, at its 137th session it adopted and forwarded to the parliamentary procedure the Draft Budget of the Federation of BiH for 2015. Due to difficult circumstances in constituting the Parliament of the Federation of BiH, including the House of Peoples of the Parliament of the Federation of BiH and the high risk that it will not be constituted by the end of 2014, and with the aim of securing funds necessary for the smooth execution of obligations based on internal and external debt, social benefits, disability allowances and pensions, the Decision on temporary financing of the Federation of BiH for the period January – March 2015 has been prepared.

Given that this decision must also be confirmed by the House of Peoples of the PFBiH, which has not been constituted because two cantons (BPK and KS) still do not have lists of delegates for the House of Peoples.
