Parliament of BiH: Meeting of SDA Working Group with Four MPs

The SDA Working Group, consisting of Deputy President Adil Osmanović and Vice Presidents Denis Zvizdić, Safet Softić and Asim Sarajlić, will hold a meeting today with four state MPs who left the SDA Club in the PD PS BiH, at the Parliament of BiH building starting at 11:45 AM, Patria reports.

MPs Šemsudin Mehmedović, Sadik Ahmetović, Senad Šepić and Salko Sokolović will try to overcome problems in talks with members of the Working Group and make a final decision on whether to remain part of the SDA Club, i.e. return, or form their own club.

Osmanović said in an interview with Oslobođenje at the end of last week that the four MPs should be spoken to in a correct and refined manner because they carry the SDA deep in their hearts and souls.

- Knowing them, they cannot be intimidated, they cannot be threatened. They just want to talk openly. I am convinced that everything Mehmedović and other colleagues present is done exclusively for the benefit of the SDA - Osmanović said.

The Deputy President of the SDA also confirmed that the criticisms of the four MPs are justified, especially regarding the organisation of the Congress and the method of electing the leadership.

- The party leadership will accept such well-intentioned proposals coming from the four MPs - Osmanović said, adding that at the last Congress (May 2015), strong, capable and principled people who founded the SDA did not make it into the leadership, and that is why such things are happening.
