BiH Parliament condemns attacks on returnees, team formed to adopt protection measures

(Patria) - An emergency session of the House of Representatives of the BiH Parliament has concluded in Sarajevo, with only one item on the agenda: "Frequent attacks on returnees in the Republika Srpska entity and Proposal of measures and activities to improve the security of returnees in the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina".

After two hours of session, conclusions were agreed upon: a team is to be formed which will adopt measures to protect returnees within 45 days, and the attacks on returnees were condemned, which was adopted almost unanimously.

The request to convene an emergency session with this agenda item was submitted by representatives: Edin Ramić, Šemsudin Dedić, Milan Dunović, Šemsudin Mehmedović, Safet Kešo, Zlatan Begić, Denijal Tulumović, Amor Mašović, Vlatko Glavaš, Šerif Špago, Nermin Mandra, Jasmin Emrić, Midhat Čaušević, and Elvisa Hodžić.
