BiH Parliament votes today on dismissal of Josip Grubeša

(Patria) - An initiative by a group of MPs to initiate a vote on the reconstruction of the Council of Ministers, which specifies the dismissal of the Minister of Justice Josip Grubeša, is on the proposed agenda of today's session of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH. The initiative was signed by Zlatan Begić, Mira Pekić, Zukan Helez, Branislav Borenović, Damir Arnaut, Dragan Mektić, Nada Mladina, Nermin Nikšić, Vlatko Glavaš, Predrag Kojović, Aida Baručija, Saša Magazinović, DŽenan Đonlagić, Enver Bijedić, Nenad Nešić, and Mirjana Marinković Lepić.

This fulfills the conclusion of the Provisional Investigative Commission of the House of Representatives for determining the situation in the judicial institutions of BiH of February 2, which calls for Grubeša's dismissal due to poor work results and refusal to cooperate with this commission.

It will be particularly interesting to watch the vote of the SDA MPs, because, as a reminder, out of the seven present members of the Provisional Investigative Commission, six supported the initiative, while Alma Čolo from SDA abstained.

She then dared to publicly state that she was the position, and that she could not support the dismissal of a coalition partner. Although Zlatan Begić (DF) was also present at the session, who supported Grubeša's dismissal, Čolo acted as if DF was not part of the ruling coalition.

Now, with new obstructions, we will see if SDA prioritizes power or the state of BiH. Because the Academy is one of the pillars of BiH statehood, and coalition concessions for peace in governance certainly are not.
