Pandurević: Suvara was harassing Mektić over the phone

After a phone call between the Minister of Security and a convicted criminal surfaced in the public - SDS claims that this does not prove at all that Dragan Mektić and Goran Suvara had an active Viber correspondence. Since Mektić is not answering his phone for ATV, Aleksandra Pandurević defended him, reports the Patria News Agency.

She claims that Suvara most likely got Mektić's phone number from a public service journalist - after which, as she claims, he started harassing the SDS minister.

"If he asked him for help regarding, I don't know, warrants and what else, and offered evidence and testimonies against Milorad Dodik - to which Mr. Mektić yelled at him and I don't know what else happened, but he refused communication and the conversation was very unpleasant. Precisely in that part, which RTRS released, precisely in that part the recording was cut off, except for 'hello' and the introductory part, and we would really like them to release what they talked about," said Aleksandra Pandurević, SDS MP in the House of Representatives of the BiH Parliament.

In the recording published on RTRS, Goran Suvara calls Dragan Mektić by phone. After they greeted each other, Suvara asks him why the SDS president Mladen Bosić said something in the media, to which Mektić replies that Bosić has nothing to rush into and that it is a done deal for them. The accused President of Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, does not want to get involved in the story about who called whom. He called the fact that Aleksandra Pandurević mentioned him in the context of a fabricated correspondence via Viber as lies and meddling.

"I have far more people I correspond with, but never with her, and regarding that, I heard it's some speculation, I don't know, it speaks of bias and hatred and I don't know what else - I, for example, have no idea about what is happening," said Milorad Dodik, President of Republika Srpska.

What is happening is that the person on the warrant and the current minister have once again become a parallel for new exchanges between two opposing political blocs in RS. After the fronts, this time, have been extended even to the virtual world - this time it is the turn of the control bodies. The Gordian knot should finally be untangled and in the 'Mektić-Suvara' affair, which has been ongoing for several months, it should be determined who is right, ATV reported.
