Pale: SIPA temporarily seized five rifles

PALE, (Patria) - State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) police officers searched the house, auxiliary buildings, and vehicle of an individual in the municipality of Pale.

During the search, which was carried out based on an Order from the Basic Court in East Sarajevo, in cooperation with the District Public Prosecutor's Office of East Sarajevo and the Intelligence-Security Agency of BiH, five rifles and a certain amount of ammunition of various types and calibers were found and temporarily seized.

The duty prosecutor of the District Public Prosecutor's Office of East Sarajevo was informed about the undertaken activities. After criminal processing at SIPA premises, a Report on the committed criminal offense of "Unauthorized Production and Trafficking of Weapons and Explosive Materials" under Article 361 of the Criminal Code of Republika Srpska will be filed against the mentioned individual.
