Palac bought "Bjelašnica" for 200,000 KM, destroyed it, then sold it to the Hadžići Municipality for 5.3 million KM!

Mayor of Hadžići Municipality Hamdo Ejubović and director of the company Herpal d.o.o. Sarajevo Ljiljanko Palac signed a contract in the municipal building for the purchase and sale of 96 dunams of land of the former wood industry company Bjelašnica Hadžići worth 5.3 million KM, a news item that was purely reported in the media, but the citizens of Hadžići are upset and publicly express suspicions that there is criminal activity in the whole story, writes the news agency Patria.

The first suspicion about the deal was raised because Palac bought the best wood industry in the country in 2006 for 200,000 marks, and is now selling the destroyed property for 5.3 million KM. It is important to note that at the time of the sale of DI Bjelašnica, some plants were operating and workers were earning wages. However, everything was soon destroyed, but an official investigation into the suspicious privatization was not conducted.

It was presented that the Hadžići municipality will take out a loan of 3.5 million KM, and that the remaining sum of 1.5 million KM will be paid by the Sarajevo Canton. The SDP also publicly warned that it would be logical to sign a contract after such claims by the mayor and the Prime Minister of the KS Government Elmedin Konaković, especially since large sums of money are involved.

But triumphantly, Ejubović announces that this is a brave move, because there will be an industrial zone here, which should attract investors.

- I wonder if the SDA already knows which investors these are and what will be built here, and I note that the Municipality will also pay for the cleaning of the land, and of course all of this is at the expense of the citizens – says our interlocutor.

They also tried to hide in the Municipality the problem that arose due to the parking lot, whose owner came forward later, because his share was never paid out during privatization, but then a public request was made to investigate the privatization and purchase of land in DI „Bjelašnica" Hadžići, why were the councilors and citizens deceived?

- Why did the Hadžići Municipality pay the court costs and lawsuits for the parking lot of DI Bjelašnica from the Municipal Budget three years ago, if it was a private company. We publicly demand that the 400,000 KM for court proceedings and court costs, for the illegal seizure of land from the citizens of Donji Hadžići, which is paid from the municipal budget with citizens' funds, be paid by the management officials and functionaries of the Hadžići Municipality from their own pockets, because they did not even follow the recommendation of some councilors, who already then announced that the Municipality would lose the lawsuit if they did not act according to the legal procedure – demanded from the SDP.

It is known that no one has been held accountable so far for the destroyed companies, that large giants were systematically looted and destroyed, that politics stands behind it, warn from the SDP, that many have filled their pockets well from the destroyed companies. It is also known that after the war, in criminal privatization, more economic giants were destroyed than during the aggression itself.

That there is a lot that is murky, but also lies after the privatization itself, is evidenced by a video that states what the plans once were, and what ultimately happened.

REWARD EVEN FOR THE DESTRUCTION OF 800 JOBS

From the SDP, they also warned that for the barren land and dump, citizens will pay more than five million from the Municipal Budget. A man rewarded with millions for destroying a company that employed 800 workers, where there are no more machines, halls, facilities… And for that, the councilors of the Hadžići Municipality are rewarding the destroyers with hefty millions of citizens' funds. Everything, they say, was known in advance, who would buy it and when, when something needs to be demolished, absolutely everything, even the fence, the most beautiful business buildings.
