This year, all students from first to ninth grade of primary schools will receive free textbooks

(Patria) - "This year, all students from first to ninth grade of primary schools, as public institutions, will receive free textbooks," said the Minister of Education of Sarajevo Canton Naida Hota-Muminović on the eve of the new school year.

She also recalled that this practice was introduced last year for students from fifth to ninth grade, when four million KM were allocated from the Sarajevo Canton Budget for this purpose.

"This year, we have completed this practice and student standard for students from first to fourth grade as well. In this way, we want to strongly support our students and families, establish good student standards, and there will be many more such examples in the coming period," emphasized Minister Hota-Muminović.
