SARAJevo, (Patria) - Today at 3 PM, the 1st extraordinary session of the Centar Municipality Council will be held.
The agenda includes: Proposal of a decision to approve the exchange of real estate - construction plots between “Infobip BH“ d.o.o. Sarajevo and the Sarajevo Canton Fund for the construction of apartments for the families of martyrs and fallen soldiers, war invalids, demobilized soldiers, and displaced persons, Election of council members to the City Council of Sarajevo: a) Determination of the list for the election of council members to the City Council of Sarajevo, b) Voting on the lists for the election of council members to the City Council of Sarajevo.
The Central Election Commission has certified six candidate lists, and seven council members are expected to be elected.
The first city municipality to elect council members to the City Council was Stari Grad, and the municipalities of Novo Sarajevo and Novi Grad will do so by the end of this week.
After the CIK assigns mandates, the election of the Mayor of Sarajevo can also begin, and that will be Bogić Bogićević. For now, he is the only officially known name, and it is very likely that it will remain so.
