Open Letter to Čović and Nikšić: Kabiri Led Aluminij to Ruin

(Patria) - A special-criminal-financial-illegal operation that has been underway at Aluminij d.d. for over 5 years, with the arrival of a controversial self-proclaimed investor from the state of Israel, who took over or was gifted the property of Aluminij d.d. by the FBiH Government, appears to be nearing its end.

That Israeli publicly stated: “This is a business operation I am conducting with politicians.” He did not say in accordance with the economic policies of FBiH, because those policies do not exist, he did not say in accordance with the law on business companies and the postulates of a market economy – because where policies are, that is not with us. Simply put, he said politicians are part of this game, i.e., the special financial operation that “I” – the powerful GROSS – am conducting – they are part of the team, i.e., part of the game.

Amir Gross Kabiri, an Israeli citizen and alleged investor in Aluminij d.d. Mostar, presented himself as the factory's savior, but official data for 2024 reveals the complete collapse of his business. According to reports from the Federal Agency (FIA/APIF), Kabiri's company Aluminij Industries doo did not rank among the 20 most successful companies in HNC, and its revenues fell from 1 billion KM in 2022 to less than 50 million KM in 2024. In addition, over 100 workers were laid off, confirming that the “business operation” conducted by Kabiri with the support of politicians was a big fraud.

One pro-Bosniak media outlet, we will not name it, often headlined numerous articles and posts, we quote: “PANIC IN ČOVIĆ’S RANKS.” We do not want to take away the authenticity or copyright of the titles of that media outlet's articles, but we want to emphasize that after dozens or hundreds of our posts, from our portal, dozens and hundreds of posts with evidence from numerous Sarajevo media, that illegal activities are taking place on the Aluminij Industries doo-Aluminij d.d. route, that a certain Mr. Gross Kabiri has crossed the red line by creating political controversies and turmoil in the political system of FBiH and BiH, we assert that we, as well as other investigative media, were right several years ago, and that is that the FBiH Government, as well as Dragan Čović, should have long ago terminated this so-called: “business operation conducted by Amir Gross Kabiri.”

We want to immediately distance ourselves and emphasize that the title of this article has nothing to do with the open letter to Dragan Čović, nor to our esteemed Prime Minister, Mr. Nikšić, but the title is as it is for one reason only, and that is for Mr. Čović and Mr. Nikšić to read this article as well as the statistical data of the companies' business performance in 2024, because the Federal Agency FIA/APIF has published financial reports and business operations of companies in the Federation for 2024, which many media outlets have already published these days, including the ranking list of the top 20 most successful by cantons and/or cities.


The data is official, meaning state data, and according to it, Aluminij Industries doo, i.e., Amir Gross Kabiri, is not listed by any parameter, be it revenue, profit, or number of employees.

With this article and title, and we have fought for the people, for the country, for the citizens all these years, we want to sound the “RED ALERT” to Dragan Čović and Nermin Nikšić, and let them both ask themselves, what further evidence are you waiting for to see, and why are you not resolving the situation at Aluminij?

- In 2020, the FBiH Government rejected the entire program/project submitted by Kabiri to the Government regarding the takeover of Aluminij or its individual parts at its session. However, during the Corona period, the same Government, because it holds the most votes in the General Assembly of the company, approved the lease of facilities to Kabiri, even though the Government's decision from February 2020 rejecting Kabiri's PROGRAM regarding Aluminij is still in force.

- The lease agreement is illegal from the perspective of law, the law on obligations, and the law on financial consolidation.

- During the lease period, Aluminij d.d. accumulated approximately 80 million KM in losses, did not book over 200 million KM in default interest, and over one hundred million KM in asset losses.


- Kabiri and his company generated approximately 45 million EUR in profit as of 2023.

Kabiri's Financial Collapse: From a Billion to Losses

However, it is important for Mr. Čović and Mr. Nikšić to understand, because numbers do not lie, numbers are official reports, that Kabiri's false empire has melted away, that it was all a lie, fraud, deception, shrouded in controversy and dozens of illegalities, and it is a staggering fact that you would grasp your head and wonder how Kabiri's empire melted away so quickly. That is, with one billion in revenue and 56 million KM in profit in 2022, in 2024, Kabiri, i.e., Aluminij Industries, according to FIA/AFIP sources, is not among the companies in HNC with revenues above 50 million KM. This means that Kabiri's revenues in 2024 were less than 50 million KM. That is 20 times less than in 2022.

Our assumption is that his company incurred a loss, because it is difficult to imagine that it made a profit, and official reports will confirm this in the coming days.
