Press Center Opened for Pope Francis' Visit

From June 1 to 5, 2015, the Press Center opened on the occasion of Pope Francis' visit to Bosnia and Herzegovina (Zetra - VIP lounge) will host daily press conferences, reports the Patria News Agency.

The goal is to inform the public about the progress of preparations for the visit, to timely inform citizens about ways they can participate in this visit, but also about some specific security aspects and restrictions related to the visit.

All activities related to the preparations for this visit are aimed at ensuring that Sarajevo and Bosnia and Herzegovina host Pope Francis with a dignified and safe welcome.

Members of the Organizational and Church Committee for the reception of the Vatican head Pope Francis, Secretary General of the Organizational Committee Tonka Krešić, member of the Organizational Committee and Prime Minister of Sarajevo Canton Elmedin Konaković, representative of the Church Committee and Head of the Pilgrim Registration Office Tomislav Mlakić, and representative of the Security Subcommittee Irfan Nefić will address media representatives today.
