(Patria) - The session of the Independent Board of the state parliament, which was supposed to discuss disciplinary proceedings against Zoran Galić, the still current Deputy Director of SIPA, who has been unavailable to the BiH judiciary for months, has been cancelled.
Allegedly, the reason is the lack of a quorum due to the illness of two out of three members of the Board from the Croatian people, writes Federalna.ba.
The Independent Board was supposed to consider the initiative of President Enes Obralija to initiate disciplinary proceedings against Galić, which would ultimately enable the SIPA Disciplinary Commission to determine the termination of employment.
However, there is nothing of that for now.
