Traffic is difficult, all drivers in FBiH are entitled to three free BIHAMK services annually

Traffic is difficult on most roads in Bosnia. We warn about sections in higher mountain areas, where there is 2 to 5 cm of snow on the road, according to BIHAMK, reports the bh. news agency Patria.

- The use of chains is mandatory for trucks with trailers and semi-trailers. On the Kupres-Livno, Šuica-Tomislavgrad, and Glamoč-Mlinište roads, strong winds are causing additional difficulties for drivers, creating snowdrifts. Thanks to the interventions of the road crews, most roads are passable. In other areas, the road surface is wet and occasionally slippery - it was announced.

BIHAMK appeals to drivers to drive with maximum caution and to adjust their driving to the current conditions and road conditions. Winter equipment is mandatory.

Traffic is suspended until further notice on the section of the M-4 Simin Han-Kalesija main road (in Babajići) due to a landslide. The detour via Dubrave is in operation.

Traffic at border crossings is proceeding with short delays.

In accordance with the Agreement signed with JP Ceste FBiH on providing assistance-information services on public roads in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, BIHAMK is obliged to provide each motorized road user with three free roadside assistance services annually, and no more than one service per month, with the aim of making the vehicle mobile. If the fault cannot be fixed, BIHAMK is also obliged to remove the vehicle from the road to the nearest service. BIHAMK is obliged to provide free roadside assistance services to road users in the following cantons: Una-Sana, Tuzla, Zenica-Doboj, Bosna-Podrinje, Central Bosnia, Herzegovina-Neretva, and Sarajevo Canton.
