Otajagić leaves SBiH, Gojer angry about not being the list leader for PFBiH

Ferid Otajagić, councilor in the Municipal Council of Vogošća, has left the Party for BiH because he is not the leader of the list for the House of Representatives of the FBiH Parliament, he publicly announced his reasons for moving to independent councilor status and taking off the party jersey.

Otajagić is not the only one angry with his party colleagues; Gradimir Gojer, the current deputy speaker of the Sarajevo City Council, is also angry, writes Patria.

Both of them saw themselves in the position of leading the federal list. Otajagić publicly expressed his anger, while Gojer did so by boycotting the last session of the City Council.

That session was held for the first time in the City Hall and had a festive character in addition to being a working session. Although he is the deputy speaker, Gojer did not appear solely in protest because he was not the leader of the federal list.

Furthermore, as our sources from SBiH reveal, Gojer is still angry with all his party colleagues because he feels he has been "shortchanged" when it came to the order of names on the candidate lists.

According to the assessment of the party leadership, headed by president Amer Jerlagić, a better solution for the Party for BiH than Otajagić, who did not exactly distinguish himself while holding the position of federal minister for a period, or Gojer, who is known for changing party jerseys based on who pays more, was Beriz Belkić, who has served two terms as a state representative and one term as a member of the BiH Presidency.

Azra Hadžiahmetović, a former state minister, is also on the federal list, in second place, while Gojer is in third. However, Gojer, according to our sources from the Party for BiH, is additionally "bitter" not only because of the third position, from which it is not guaranteed at all that he will enter the FBiH Parliament, but also because his name was not on the compensation list.

The first two mandates on the compensation list are reserved for Salem Halilović from Goražde and Azra Hadžiahmetović.

The leader of the list for the state Parliament is the president of SBiH, Amer Jerlagić, for whom the first position on the compensation list is also reserved.

The Party for BiH, in line with the party's political rating, which is constantly declining, has made calculations to secure at least one mandate in the state and three in the Federal Parliament for Jerlagić, Belkić, Hadžihametović, and Halilović.
