Main water pipe damaged, residents of Stupska without water since Thursday

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - Residents of Stupska Street have been without water since Thursday due to damage to the main water pipe, KJKP “Vodovod i kanalizacija” announced.

The statement says that at Stupska Street number 6, due to works by third parties on excavation for the construction of a residential building, soil collapse occurred and the main water pipe of DN 100 mm profile, about 10 meters long, was damaged.

At this location, there was a disruption in water supply to several residential buildings.

"Due to the inaccessibility of the terrain, the repair works for this fault will be approached today by the duty teams of 'ViK', and they will undertake activities to fix it. After the completion of the works, water will be released into the system," was announced by ViK.
