The Basic Court in Banja Luka filed a lawsuit against „Elektrokrajina“ in mid-January this year due to its debt and sought a ban on its own disconnection, writes Capital.ba, as reported by Patria.
- The Basic Court in Banja Luka, along with this lawsuit, also submitted a proposal for a provisional measure of security, requesting that until the finality of the judgment, and in connection with the debt for delivered electricity, based on issued invoices, „Elektrokrajina“ be prohibited from taking measures to disconnect the plaintiff from the RS power system, and that if the electricity has already been disconnected somewhere, the court orders the defendant to reconnect the plaintiff's meter within 24 hours - states the Court's request.
„Elektrokrajina“ submitted a response to the lawsuit, in which it also filed a counterclaim against the Basic Court in Banja Luka, seeking that the District Commercial Court obligate the Basic Court to pay them the debt for consumed electricity in the total amount of 26,782 KM.
In „Elektrokrajina“, they claim that the debt of the Basic Court in Banja Luka for delivered electricity at the end of February this year amounted to 47,431 KM.
They emphasize that they regularly sent warnings before disconnection to the court, based on the overdue debt.
