Osmanović: Dodik is the main disruptive factor in the region, OHR must react or say it won't

A meeting of the Coordination of Bosniak political representatives in the government of the smaller BiH entity was held today in Banja Luka.

The meeting was attended by RS Vice President Ramiz Salkić, Deputy President of SDA Adil Osmanović, SDA state representative Sadik Ahmetović, MPs from the Homeland Coalition Club in the NSRS, delegates in the Bosniak Club in the RS Council of Peoples, and elected and appointed Bosniak representatives from the RS, reports the Patria news agency.

The topic of the meeting was the referendum on RS Day, which, according to the NSRS decision, should be held on September 25.

Osmanović believes that Milorad Dodik is the main disruptive factor not only in BiH but also in the region, and that he has dragged neighboring Serbia into the referendum story in addition to the Alliance for Change.

- The OHR, i.e., the members of the PIC, should declare whether they are still there as guarantors of preserving the Dayton Agreement or not. If they are not, and if Dodik is not stopped in his disregard for the decisions of the Constitutional Court of BiH and carries out the anti-Dayton referendum, then I fear we are entering a state of general anarchy, Adil Osmanović said after the meeting for Patria.

Osmanović believes that the most dangerous thing is that inter-ethnic relations in BiH are being strained, which is not good. Dodik's insistence on holding the referendum, our interlocutor assesses, brings great unrest throughout the entire country.

- This is the most serious attempt so far to destroy the constitutional and legal order of the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina. If the OHR, i.e., the PIC, no longer has a mandate, let them come out and publicly say that they will not react and that they do not have that capacity. We expect those institutions that are responsible for protecting the constitutional and legal order, namely SIPA and the Prosecutor's Office of BiH, to react, Osmanović emphasizes.
