OSCE presents report on harmfulness of 'two schools under one roof' practice

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - The OSCE Mission to Bosnia and Herzegovina will present on Monday the report: „Two schools under one roof - The most visible example of discrimination in the field of education in Bosnia and Herzegovina“, the OSCE announced.

It is stated that the report aims to remind the professional and general public once again why the practice of „two schools under one roof“ is discriminatory, to emphasize the harmful impact it has on children and on BiH as a whole, to present current trends, and to remind the competent authorities of their obligation to eliminate this unacceptable practice. The report also contains recommendations for achieving the vision of a peaceful, stable and multi-ethnic BiH.

The media will be addressed by Ambassador Bruce G. Berton, Head of the OSCE Mission to Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Fermin  Cordoba, Director of the Human Dimension Department of the OSCE Mission to Bosnia and Herzegovina, Patria reports.
