Orban in Banja Luka today, special security measures, drone use banned

(Patria) - In order to take measures and actions regarding the visit of the Prime Minister of Hungary, Viktor Orban, to Republika Srpska, the Minister of Interior of Republika Srpska has issued an order banning traffic for all motor vehicles on the section of the M-101 main road along the route of the protected person (Banja Luka International Airport – Laktaši – Klašnice – Glamočani), for the day 06.11.2021, from 11:00 to 12:00 and from 13:00 to 14:00, i.e., during the arrival and return of the protected person.

On the planned route of the protected person on 06.11.2021 from 10:30 to 15:00, traffic is banned for freight vehicles over 7.5 tons of total mass.

Also, on 06.11.2021 from 10:30 to 15:00, the transport of explosive materials by road is banned in the area of the Laktaši municipality.

The Ministry at its headquarters, police administrations and police stations will not issue permits for the transport of explosive materials during the said period.

We remind media representatives, other entities, and citizens that for safety reasons, the use of drones is banned on the route of the protected person and in the area of the Laktaši municipality during the specified times.

Orban will meet with the President of SNSD and member of the BiH Presidency, Milorad Dodik.

“The visit is semi-private, semi-working, and mostly reciprocal,” state the Cabinet of the BiH Presidency member Milorad Dodik.
