Indictment for crimes in Travnik and Skender-Vakuf returned for amendment

(Patria) - The State Court has returned to the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina for amendment the indictment filed against Boško and Davor Peulić, and Petar Đurić for crimes in the Travnik and Skender-Vakuf areas committed in 1992, Detektor has learned.

The Court of BiH confirmed that the indictment was returned to the Prosecutor's Office for amendment on August 10, and a deadline of 15 days was set for submitting the amended indictment to the Court.

The Court could not provide more information on the reasons for returning the indictment for amendment until the presiding judge returns from justified leave, while the Prosecutor's Office reminded of the 15-day deadline for amending the indictment.

According to the indictment filed at the end of July, they are charged with crimes against prisoners of war and civilians from the beginning of May to the end of October 1992.
