Indictment for crime in Vogošća

The Prosecutor's Office of BiH yesterday filed an indictment against former member of the Army of Republika Srpska Rajko Janković for a crime committed in 1992 against the civilian population in the area of Vogošća, BIRN reported, as conveyed by the BiH news agency Patria.

Janković is accused of killing one woman in August 1992 in the village of Vranjak (municipality of Vogošća).

As stated by the Prosecutor's Office, Janković approached the house of a Bosniak family and called for two residents to come out.

After their mother came out of the house and said they were not there, Janković fired a burst of bullets and killed her.

The indictment has been forwarded to the Court of BiH for confirmation, writes NAP.
