The prosecutor of Department III of the BiH Prosecutor's Office has filed an indictment against Srećko Drinovac, born on 22.10.1963, in Potoci, municipality of Mostar, residing in Mostar, a citizen of BiH and Croatia, reports the Patria News Agency.
The accused is charged that for an undetermined period, until 23.12.2013, in Mostar, in the business premises of the photocopy shop "HIT PRINT", which he owns, contrary to the Law on Copyright and Related Rights, without the permission of the author or other copyright holder, he duplicated and distributed several copyrighted works.
Photocopies of books and textbooks were found in the photocopy shop, while around 200 stored copyrighted works, books, textbooks, and other professional literature, prepared for duplication, were found on computers.
The accused is charged with committing the criminal offense of illegal use of copyright. The indictment has been forwarded to the BiH Court, the BiH Prosecutor's Office announced.
