(Patria) - The Prosecutor's Office of BiH has raised and sent to the Court of BiH for confirmation an indictment against the president of the BiH entity RS and SNSD, Milorad Dodik.
The registry of the Court of BiH has received the indictment.
The Prosecutor's Office of BiH has raised an indictment against Milorad Dodik and Miloš Lukić, director of the Official Gazette of RS, in connection with "non-compliance with the decisions of the High Representative" Christian Schmidt.
The Prosecutor's Office of BiH earlier formed a case regarding Dodik's illegal actions that undermine Schmidt's decisions. Lukić is suspected of publishing Dodik's illegal decree in the "Official Gazette of RS".
