The Una-Sana Canton Prosecutor's Office in Bihać has filed an indictment against the former minister of education, science, culture, and sports of USK, Dario Jurić, for the criminal offense of Illegal mediation, the Prosecutor's Office announced, NAP reports.
The Prosecutor's Office explains that Jurić is accused of illegally mediating in August and September 2011 in Bihać, as a Minister in the Government of USK, using his official position and influence, towards the director of a public institution in Bihać, exerting pressure on him to illegally hire his wife. After that, the director of the institution concluded an employment contract with Minister Jurić's wife, contrary to the internal regulations of the public institution.
Dario Jurić has fully admitted to committing the criminal offense, and based on that, a plea agreement has been concluded with him. The indictment has been forwarded for confirmation to the Municipal Court in Bihać, writes Patria.
