POSKOK indictment against Husović, Tursunović and Uzunović, murders planned on SKY

(Patria) - The Special Department of the Supreme Court of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina confirmed the indictment of the Special Department of the Federal Prosecutor's Office of FBiH against Mirsad Husović (44) from Tuzla, Hajrudin Tursunović (38) from Brčko, and Admir Uzunović (32) from Živinice.

"The accused are charged that in the period from January 2020 to the end of January 2021, in the area of Tuzla Canton and wider, via the Sky ecc application, they agreed, planned, and prepared murders of several persons, with a clearly defined plan of organization, logistics, selection of methodical procedures, preparation of weapons and other tools necessary for realization, thereby committing the criminal offense of Organized Crime from Article 342, paragraph 3 of the Criminal Code of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (CC FBiH) in conjunction with the criminal offense of Murder from Article 166, paragraph 2, point d) in conjunction with Articles 28 and 31 of the CC FBiH, as well as in conjunction with the criminal offense of Preparation of a Criminal Offense from Article 339 of the same Law, and other criminal offenses covered by the indictment," the Prosecutor's Office announced.

Hajrudin Tursunović, Admir Uzunović, and T.J. consciously and voluntarily joined the organized group, led by Mirsad Husović, knowing that such a group was organized with the aim that the organizer and its members, by connecting and agreeing with each other, organize, prepare, and commit criminal offenses prescribed by the Criminal Code of FBiH.

"They planned, organized, and attempted to commit murders either for revenge due to previous conflicts or hostilities with those persons or due to the elimination of persons who had previously testified in certain criminal proceedings against them or persons close to them," stated the Federal Prosecutor's Office of FBiH.
