Accused Bojan Đokić pleaded guilty to identity theft

Accused Bojan Đokić (1983), accused of identity theft and forging documents, has reached a plea agreement admitting guilt for participation in the criminal offenses of organized crime, document forgery, and certifying untrue content, reports Patria agency.

The accused, in the presence of his lawyer and the acting prosecutor, signed an agreement by which he fully admits to committing the criminal offenses with which he is charged.

The prosecutor agrees that, based on the agreement, the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina shall sentence the accused to two (2) years and six (6) months of imprisonment, and confiscate the items used to commit the criminal offense, including mobile phones.

The proposed sentence is in line with the accused's role in committing the criminal offenses he is charged with.

The accused confirms that he is aware of the content of the agreement and simultaneously confirms that he is giving the statement of guilt voluntarily, knowingly, and with understanding, and undertakes to cover the costs of the criminal proceedings in the amount that the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina may determine.

By signing the agreement, the accused waives his right to appeal the verdict that the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina will pronounce based on the agreement.

The agreement has been forwarded to the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina - it was announced from the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
