SARAJEVO, (Patria) - The Cantonal Court in Sarajevo confirmed the indictment of the Sarajevo Cantonal Prosecutor's Office against Rezalija Razić for a serious criminal offense against public traffic safety. The accused is charged with hitting an 11-year-old boy with a truck on December 9, 2021, around 6:05 PM, near the "Aleksa Šantić" Primary School in Nedžarići.
The boy died from his injuries at the University Clinical Center Sarajevo the following day.
The prosecuting prosecutor proposed hearing five witnesses, experts in traffic, mechanical engineering, and forensic medicine, and presenting about 40 pieces of material evidence for the main trial.
