Opsenica Responded with Silence to the Question of Whether He Would Resign!

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - The Democratic Front, Independent Bloc called on the Minister of Health in the Government of Herzegovina-Neretva Canton Goran Opsenica (HDZ) to immediately submit an irrevocable resignation from the position of Minister of Health in HNK.

The Patria News Agency asked the minister if he would offer his resignation, he did not answer, but silence is also an answer.

Even two days after the chaos that ensued due to irresponsibility at the University Clinical Center, which caused the spread of the coronavirus, the HDZ minister Goran Opsenica did not deem it necessary to address the public, let alone demand accountability from those responsible.

The dismissal of the minister should have shown that "irresponsibility will not be tolerated at this moment", but the reaction was absent.

The parties stated that if nothing is done, the HNK Government will be an accomplice in sabotaging prevention measures, and an accomplice in covering up an act that could turn into a huge tragedy.
The public can forgive HDZ ministers for their capriciousness and boycotting extended sessions of the BiH Presidency, but it must never forgive negligence that threatens to jeopardize the health of all citizens in the country.
