Caution while driving, new snowfall in parts of BiH

(Patria) - Due to new snowfall that affected central, western, and southwestern regions overnight, traffic is slowed due to snow on the road. It is especially difficult on sections over mountain passes.

On the Priluka-Glamoč-Mliništa section, strong winds are further hindering traffic. Due to low temperatures, ice can be expected in all wet areas, especially in higher elevations, on bridges, and near tunnels. Road crews are on site, so during cleaning, especially on sections over mountain passes, there may be short traffic stops for trucks. We advise driving with maximum caution and remind drivers not to set off without winter equipment.

On the Livno-Šuica main road, BIHAMK warns of frequent wild horse crossings onto the road.

Due to frequent landslides, we highlight the following roads: Bihać-Srbljani-Bosanska Krupa, Turbe-Karanovac, Sarajevo-Foča, Crna Rijeka-Jajce-Donji Vakuf, and Bugojno-Kupres, as well as the Rostovo (Novi Travnik-Bugojno) and Makljen (Prozor-Gornji Vakuf/Uskoplje) mountain passes.

Due to roadworks on the bridge at the entrance to Sanski Most from the direction of Ključ, near the Water Park, traffic is suspended and diverted to the bypass.

Roadworks are also underway on the main roads Grude-Vitina and Čevljanovići-Nišići, and at the work sites, traffic is alternating, one lane at a time.

There are no long waits for passenger vehicles at border crossings.

Due to winter driving conditions in Croatia, traffic for trucks with trailers and semi-trailers is suspended at the Izačić border crossing.
