Caution while driving: Wet roads, and icy in higher mountain areas

(Patria) - This morning, traffic on most roads in Bosnia and Herzegovina is on wet or damp roads, while on sections in higher mountain areas, BIHAMK warns of occasional icy roads.

Fog reduces visibility on the roads: Živinice-Šićki Brod-Srebrenik, Tuzla-Kalesija, and Ormanica-Gradačac.

We draw attention to the frequent appearance of wild horses on the Livno-Šuica highway.
During the day, due to temperature inversions, there is an increased danger of falling rocks onto the road.

We appeal to all drivers to drive with maximum caution, to adjust their driving to the road conditions, and not to set off without winter equipment.

Reconstruction of the Begića i Begovića bridge (Jablanica-Mostar) is underway, due to which traffic on the bridge is regulated by traffic lights, with alternating vehicle passage.

Reconstruction works are also being carried out on the highways: Novi Travnik-Bugojno (via Rostovo), Bilješevo-Lašva, Ključ-Sanski Most (at the entrance to Sanski Most, near the Water Park), and Čevljanovići-Nišići. At the work sites, traffic is slow, with alternating vehicle passage.

At border crossings, passenger vehicle traffic is currently proceeding with short delays. Due to protests in Croatia, buses and trucks cannot travel through the Orašje-Županja border crossing.
