Two shops and a gas station robbed at gunpoint

Three robberies were committed in Sarajevo yesterday with the threat of firearms, reports the BiH news agency Patria.

The targets were a store, a craft shop and a gas station. The first robbery occurred in the morning hours at the craft shop “Eko metal” on Plandište Street.

- Three unknown persons committed the criminal act of robbery against an employee, during which the unknown persons, threatening with a firearm, stole a certain amount of money and then fled in an unknown direction - the Ministry of Interior of Sarajevo Canton stated.

The second incident occurred around 6:20 PM on Aleja lipa Street in the Novo Sarajevo municipality.

- An unknown person committed the criminal act of robbery against female employees at the “TD Marketi” store. On that occasion, the unknown person, threatening with a pistol, stole a certain amount of money and then fled in an unknown direction.

And the third, around 1:00 AM on Rakovička cesta Street in the Ilidža municipality, two unknown persons committed the criminal act of robbery against employees at the “Proming” gas station.

- On that occasion, the unknown persons, threatening with a pistol, stole a certain amount of money and then fled in an unknown direction. The prosecutor of the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office in Sarajevo has been informed of the above, and police officers are working on solving the said criminal act, identifying and finding the perpetrators.
