Operator Terminals and Vitezit Heard Over Poor Auditor Opinions on Operations

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - The Parliamentary Committee responsible for auditing the Parliament of the Federation of BiH began hearings today at 10 AM for two institutions that did not receive a positive auditor's opinion.

To the 39 institutions that have been heard so far and did not receive a positive opinion from the Audit Office in FBiH for both components of the financial audit, two more should be added – “Operator – Terminals of the Federation” LLC Sarajevo and Business System “Vitezit” LLC Vitez.

Namely, the company “Operator – Terminals of the Federation” received a negative opinion in the audit of financial statements because, as stated, this company does not present truthfully and fairly, in all material aspects, the financial position of the Company as of December 31, 2020, the financial performance, cash flows, and changes in equity for the year ending on that day, in accordance with the adopted financial reporting framework.

On the other hand, the company “Vitezit” received a qualified opinion for the financial audit, because, as stated, it was not possible to obtain sufficient and appropriate audit evidence to form a basis for our opinion on the financial statements.
