Stari Grad Municipality Allocates 30,000 KM for Equipping the Pediatrics Department of the General Hospital

The Stari Grad Municipal Council, at the proposal of the municipal mayor, adopted a conclusion on allocating funds in the amount of 30,000 KM for the purpose of organizing and equipping the Pediatrics Department at the General Hospital „Prim.dr. Abdulah Nakaš“. The funds will be secured through the budget revision for 2018.

For the implementation of the said project, which includes the adaptation and reconstruction of the premises as well as the procurement of necessary medical and other equipment, approximately 2,100,000 KM needs to be provided.

Part of the funds in the amount of 300,000 KM will be secured through the Budget Revision of the Sarajevo Canton, while the remaining funds for the implementation of this project will be secured from other sources. Bearing in mind the importance of children's healthcare in the canton's health policy and population policy in general, the Stari Grad Municipality will support this project with an amount of 30,000 KM.
