Ilidža Municipality Starts Using Data Obtained from Cadastral Survey Renewal for K.O. Blažuj and Osjek

(Patria) - Cadastral survey renewal is one of the historic and most important projects of the Ilidža Municipality.

After a new database for K. O. Vlakovo was put into official use in September last year, data for the cadastral municipalities of Blažuj and Osjek have also recently been put into official use.

In this way, the Ilidža Municipality is implementing a process that will make it one of the most organized municipalities in the FBiH, which will be reflected in the harmonization of real estate data in the cadastre and land registry, with digitalization and easier accessibility for everyone.

- We are showing our commitment to having harmonized data for more adequate spatial planning, and thanks to the renewal of the survey, it will be possible to better manage construction land, as well as other resources of our local community. Citizens will also have great benefits, as they will have full guaranteed scope and content of ownership rights available, which includes all the benefits that ownership guarantee offers - said Mayor Nermin Muzur.

Let us remind you, aerial photography began at the end of 2021, shortly after the signing of the contract between the Ilidža Municipality and the Federal Administration for Geodetic and Property Affairs of the Federation of BiH. Through this project, the status of real estate, registration of possession, shape, area, and boundaries thereof will be resolved.
