Mayor of Municipality Centar Sarajevo Dževad Bećirević expressed great regret and extended condolences to the family of Samira Kovačević who, after the landslide on January 4th this year in the village of Bare in Kakanj, lost her life, and support to 61 people who had to leave their homes in the middle of winter, writes the Patria News Agency.
Expressing solidarity with the people who were left homeless, Mayor Bećirević made a decision to allocate 15,000 KM from the budget of Municipality Centar as initial aid to the Municipality of Kakanj in the reconstruction of residential buildings destroyed and damaged in this severe natural disaster.
