SARAJevo, (Patria) - Members of the Federal Civil Protection Administration have disarmed a 500-kilogram aerial bomb found this morning at the construction site of the Bingo shopping center behind the RTV building in Sarajevo, Fahrudin Solak, director of the FUCZ, confirmed to Patria.
"We removed the fuse after determining it was separated from the detonator. We destroyed the detonator separately," Solak said.
He confirmed that the aerial bomb will be moved to another location this evening where it will be destroyed.
"There will be no need to evacuate the site where the bomb was found. Only people in the immediate vicinity and along the transport route will be warned," Solak said.
