Obstruction of Justice and Intimidation of Prosecutor Kajmaković: Indictment Against Three Men

The Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption has filed an indictment against Haris Zornić, known as „Luko“ and „Lutvi“, born in 1969 in Rožaje, a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro, Enis Mandal, born in 1983 in Skopje, a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Murat Đuderija, known as „Đuda“, born in 1986 in Foča, a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina, for obstruction of justice, the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina announced, as reported by Patria.

- The accused are charged with, together with Hodžić Šemsudin, intending to intimidate the prosecutor in the case against Haris Zornić (formerly named Ljutvija Dacić), devising a plan, monitoring and observing the place of residence, and carrying out the theft of a passenger motor vehicle Škoda Octavia, owned by the husband of the prosecutor of the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Diana Kajmaković.

After several days, they attempted to destroy the vehicle by pushing it into a ravine, however, the vehicle was stopped by low vegetation and terrain, and suffered significant damage.

The aforementioned criminal offense was carried out in 2010, when Haris Zornić was in custody, with the intention of intimidating the presiding prosecutor, in an attempt to obtain certain procedural actions and the release of the accused from custody.

The accused are charged with, through the use of intimidation, in order to prevent the prosecutor from performing her official duties in connection with the criminal proceedings conducted under the Law of Bosnia and Herzegovina, damaging another's property, thereby committing the criminal offense of obstruction of justice under Article 241 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina by Haris Zornić and Enis Mandal, and the criminal offense of damaging another's property under Article 293 of the Criminal Code of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina by Murat Đuderija.

The indictment has been forwarded to the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
