OCCUPYING STATE PROPERTY Manjaca did not awaken humanity in the RS authorities, why would migrants!

Images of horror that went around the world, which did not want to believe what was happening in BiH, not so long ago, testified to genocide – the most terrible crime in the modern world. Omarska, Manjača, Keraterm, Luke, Batković camp, and hundreds of others in Republika Srpska still cause despair in survivors, and nausea and too much pain for the families of the murdered. The official authorities of Republika Srpska have never publicly renounced these horrors, condemned them, and promised that they must never happen again to anyone.

Why, then, are we surprised that the same RS authorities do not feel humanity towards migrants who fled to BiH from the horrors in Syria, Afghanistan…? If the suffering of the internees and the violence that modern history does not remember have not caused them horror, why should we expect them to sympathize with the suffering migrants. This is no longer a refugee crisis, but a test of humanity. And some lost that back in the nineties.

That is why the state comes in! State institutions accommodate the unfortunate, providing them with temporary accommodation on THEIR LAND, in THEIR PROPERTY!

Real estate of the Ministry of Defense of BiH in Han Pijesak is registered as property of the state of BiH. The Appellate Panel of the Court of BiH made a second-instance verdict according to which the smaller BiH entity must hand over these facilities to the state. Those who do not respect court verdicts go to prison, that is the logic, and the law as well.

By such behavior, Republika Srpska is occupying Bosnia and Herzegovina, and with full understanding of what they are, state institutions must accommodate migrants in the best places for them according to their personal and own plans. If it is Han Pijesak, then it is Han Pijesak, and if someone disagrees with that, they can complain – TO NO ONE.

In the Federation, more than 20 facilities have been re-registered to the state of BiH without problems so far. 63 perspective military locations located in both entities are waiting for the process of registration to the state. And that will certainly be done, especially since we are waiting for positive reactions from Brussels from NATO on the sending of the Reform Plan, which was personally approved by Milorad Dodik, and which could bring us a step closer to membership in this military alliance.

According to the Bosnia and Herzegovina Law on Asylum (2016), persons who have expressed their intention to apply for asylum in Bosnia and Herzegovina have the legal right to stay in the country, in locations determined by the Ministry of Security of BiH.

Entities or cantons are not recognized anywhere. Therefore, everyone should be silent, from cantons to entities, especially if they cannot help. The plea of USK is clear, but the misunderstanding of others chills the blood. How many "Dodiks" live in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The High Representative Valentin Inzko described it best, "it is rude to receive a salary from a state you call fictional".

They are just fictional, fictional leaders, fictional politicians, a necessary evil, for whom Inzko again stated on Senad Hadžifejzović's show, we have no others, people elect them!
Precisely because of their incompetence, only the issue of migration, through the system of institutions, can be resolved by representatives of the international community, because with their authority and pressure, they can certainly force BiH politicians to resolve this issue, just like the issue of the Reform Plan that will be sent to Brussels.

Foreigners must not bet on humanity, individuals lost it long ago!
