OHR on the indictment against Dodik and Lukić: No one is above the law

(Patria) - After the BiH Prosecutor's Office filed an indictment against Republika Srpska President Milorad Dodik and acting Director of the Official Gazette of Republika Srpska Miloš Lukić for not implementing the decisions of the High Representative, the OHR also commented today.

"Respecting the legal and constitutional framework and supporting the rule of law is of fundamental importance for every democratic society. It is an obligation for everyone because no one is above the law. The OHR calls on all citizens and officials to respect the laws," the reaction states.

Regarding the filing of the indictment against Dodik and Lukić, which has been forwarded to the BiH Court for confirmation, Milorad Dodik announced an extraordinary address.
