SARAJEVO, (Patria) - Sovereignty lies with the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina, not with the entities, the Office of the High Representative (OHR) announced.
As stated on the OHR Twitter account, the reaction came after today's statement by Milorad Dodik for “Politika” that “there is no internal sovereignty of BiH” and that “only the entities” have it.
– As stated in Articles 1.1 and 1.3 of the Constitution of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the entities are legally established as part of the internal structure of Bosnia and Herzegovina, which continued its existence under international law as a state with a modified internal structure – the OHR said.
