Blanuša commented: Elections are not over, we demand a repeat of the election process in Zvornik, Doboj and Laktaši

(Patria) - SDS candidate and other opposition parties in RS Branko Blanuša commented on the early elections held on Sunday.

According to still preliminary results, Blanuša lost the election by a small margin to SNSD's Siniša Karan.

Blanuša thanked everyone who voted for him.

"I want to thank everyone who supported the vision of a different Republika Srpska in these elections.

Also, my thanks go to all political entities that sincerely supported my candidacy, as well as their leaders – Jelena, Draško and Vukana.

I also thank my team who has been with me all this time. These elections are not over yet – they will be over when the election process is repeated in Doboj, Zvornik and Laktaši, where, thanks to electoral manipulations, the results do not reflect the will of the people.

If we give up now, we would be the same as them – we would deceive and betray the people," Blanuša stated.
