(Patria) - In response to media reports concerning the health condition of the Prime Minister of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Nermin Nikšić, the FBiH Government has released information stating that on January 21, Nikšić experienced health difficulties, after which he underwent medical examinations that day and the following day.
Following the examinations, he was advised to rest while monitoring his health condition, the official statement says.
"During today, a follow-up examination was conducted. He was not subjected to any surgical procedures, as some media outlets incorrectly reported. As a precaution, the Prime Minister has temporarily delegated certain duties to his associates, and already today he participated in a session of the Fiscal Council. In the coming days, he will participate in work duties on a partially reduced scale. The Prime Minister's health condition is stable and not seriously compromised," the statement said.
