SIPA also spoke out: What is being charged against Mutap and Dupovac

(Patria) - Police officers of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) have spoken out regarding the arrest of Zijad Mutap and Hasan Dupovac, stating that in the area of Sarajevo Canton, they deprived two individuals of their liberty due to reasonable suspicion that they committed the criminal offense under Article 342 of the Criminal Code of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, "Organized Crime," in connection with the criminal offenses under Article 382, "Illegal Mediation," and Article 346, "Assistance to the Perpetrator After the Commission of a Criminal Offense," of the same law.

"Acting on orders from the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, SIPA police officers conducted searches at two locations and on that occasion discovered and temporarily seized items that will serve as evidence in the further criminal proceedings. The suspects were brought to SIPA premises and are currently undergoing criminal processing," SIPA stated.
