Miralem Galijašević took over the position of Prime Minister of the Zenica-Doboj Canton today, along with ministers from the coalition parties SDA, HDZ and DF, reports the Patria news agency.
The ZDK Assembly appointed as ministers the individuals whose names the parties had submitted in the previous period. Although numerous non-governmental organizations requested that women be included in the government, this did not happen.
In the upcoming term, SDA received five ministerial positions and the position of Canton Prime Minister, DF received three, and HDZ two ministerial positions. From SDA, the ministerial functions will be performed by: Himzo Smajić, Mensur Sinanović, Fahrudin Čolaković, Mirnes Bašić and Nurđehan Šahinović.
The ministers from HDZ in the ZDK Government are Andrej Kajić from Žepče and Zvonko Anđelić from Usora, while from DF the ministerial positions were given to Bojana Gvozdenović from Zenica, Goran Bulajić from Zenica and Hajrudin Žilić from Olovo.
