Ivanić, Čović, and Komšić held a series of meetings

Mladen Ivanić, President of PDP and newly elected member of the BiH Presidency, held a meeting with the leader of the Democratic Front, Željko Komšić, and after that, Ivanić and Komšić met with Dragan Čović, President of HDZ, reports the Patria News Agency.

As confirmed to journalists, potential partnerships were also discussed today, and as is already known, the backbone of the government will be formed by SDA, HDZ, and SNSD.

Ivanić briefly stated that he did not discuss the formation of a parliamentary majority with Čović, as it is known that Čović prefers SNSD. He confirmed that there was more discussion about the handover of duties concerning the newly elected members of the Presidency.

Komšić told the gathered journalists that he had his first official meetings with Ivanić and Čović. He emphasized that it is evident that the backbone of the government, as electoral winners, will be formed by HDZ, SDA, and a third partner from RS, stating: "We will see who that will be."
