The Cantonal Court in Sarajevo ordered one-month detention for Nermin Maslo (1987) who killed a pedestrian in Sarajevo on Friday evening, writes the Patria News Agency.
Detention was ordered because his release would cause public unrest, and due to the danger that he might repeat a similar offense if released, given his numerous previous traffic violations.
Maslo was arrested after the accident in which he hit two female pedestrians with his car, one of whom, K. J. (1957), later died in the hospital from her injuries.
