Decisions from today's session of the KS Assembly

(Patria) - The KS Assembly, at the continuation of its 14th session today, adopted the Decision on amendments to the Decision on mandatory preventive and systemic deratization in the KS area.

The essence of the proposed amendments is that in the public call procedure for selecting the most favorable bidder for the execution of mandatory preventive deratization in the KS area, potential contractors will no longer be required to provide a solution from the FBiH Ministry of Health for the trade of poisons, given that contractors for mandatory preventive systematic deratization do not need to have such a solution, as they use poisons, they do not trade them, and therefore it should not be requested in the selection procedure of contractors through a public call.

A Decision was also adopted, which gives a new name to a newly built street that does not have an official name, and is currently known as Grdonj up to number 89, in the area of the Municipality of Centar Sarajevo - MZ Hrastovi-Mrkovići: Hajrudina Ivazovića-Bebana street.

Also, today's Assembly decision changed the name of a part of Panjina Kula street in the area of the Municipality of Centar Sarajevo - MZ Hrastovi-Mrkovići to a new name - Elvis Husaković Elija street.

The Report of the Ministry of Transport of KS on determining the number of available additional taxi permits for 2023 was adopted.

According to this report, as of 2023, 855 additional taxi permits have been issued, and there are no conditions to increase this number in 2024.

In the past year, two additional taxi permits for the transport of persons with disabilities were issued, and this year the conditions have been met for issuing four more such taxi permits.

In addition to adopting the Government's Work Report for 2022, the Assembly also accepted the work and financial reports of public enterprises Veterinary Station, ZOI '84, and Agricultural Estate Butmir for 2021 and 2022, respectively.
