Decisions from the regular session of the BiH Presidency

(Patria) - The 17th regular session of the BiH Presidency was held in Sarajevo.

The BiH Presidency accepted the invitation of French President Emmanuel Macron and International Olympic Committee President Thomas Bach, extended to Chairman Denis Bećirović, to participate in the "Summit on Sport and Sustainable Development," which will be held on July 25th at the Louvre Palace in Paris.

On the sidelines of the aforementioned summit, Bećirović will accept the Paris Agreement for Sport and Sustainable Development. The agreement is not legally binding for Bosnia and Herzegovina and is of a declarative nature.

The BiH Presidency made decisions on accepting:

- The Loan Agreement (Geospatial Infrastructure Improvement and Property Valuation Project) between Bosnia and Herzegovina and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development;

- The Loan Agreement (Pale Central Heating Project) between Bosnia and Herzegovina and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development;

- The Grant Agreement (Pale Central Heating Project) between Bosnia and Herzegovina and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.

The BiH Presidency made decisions on accepting:

- Amendments to the Loan Agreement and Project Agreement of Republika Srpska between Bosnia and Herzegovina and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (Bosnia and Herzegovina – Firms Recovery and Support Project Loan No. 9183 – BA);

- Grant Agreement No. TF0C4164 Project for Strengthening Public Enterprise Oversight in Bosnia and Herzegovina between Bosnia and Herzegovina and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the International Development Association, acting as administrator of the Multi-Donor Trust Fund for Financial Management.
